Product will be replaced if design arrives damaged or broken. Please follow care instructions carefully to ensure designs do not come off or gets damaged. Gracely Covered is not liable for damage due to improper care of item or for normal wear/tear. Item will be replaced with the same item/size. Customer is responsible for costs pertaining to shipping the item back to Gracely Covered. Any alterations to original item will come at additional cost.
